illustrator of Maisie the Animal Minder children’s picture books, came for lunch today and brought with her the finished drawings for Maisie and Ben, the 3rd book in the Maisie series. They are wonderful as always. I will proof them today and then they will be sent to the publishers. If things go on time and to plan, we hope to have them ready for Christmas, fingers crossed. I’ll keep you up to date. I know quite a few of you are eagerly awaiting the next story, you’ll love it. A couple of pictures to whet your appetite.

Hi all, thought it wasn’t right just to show Angus so here is the lovely Posh. Aren’t they gorgeous. I was holding some treats for them (well actually was some special sausages) so they are in a good pose. Finished there last night I shall miss them, just fabulous dogs.
Had exciting day today visiting Fred at his studio in London preparing to record another Maisie the Animal Minder song. Penny Haynes is illustrating some lovely images to go with them. Will be great.

Congratulations to the winners of the Maisie the Animal Minder colouring competition, held at Devonshire Primary school in Sutton.
Angela – 1st prize winner of ‘hot off the press’ copy of Fergus and the Deer, signed by myself, Penny Haynes and FERGUS! and Amirah – runner up winner of a signed copy of Cassie and the Ducks.
All the entries were fantastic, it took Penny and I absolutely ages to make our decision.
Well done to everyone and thank you for taking part. I hope you enjoyed it. I have uploaded the winning pictures for all to see.
